April 2021 Membership Meeting hosted Tom Wilscam of Serve the City-Paris. Tom introduced our members to the Life Incubator Project, where STCP will support 14-20 refugees at a farm near Beauvais. The goal of the project is to assist refugees to become gain marketable skills and get them on their feet. The aim for the farm is to become self-sustainable through cultivation and space rental.

May 2021, AWG Paris approved a one-time 3,000€ donation to support the STCP Life Incubator project.

Serve the City Paris is part of a global movement of English speaking volunteers that show kindness and generosity in practical ways to help the people in cities, who are in need.   Our Association is a legal NGO in Paris, focused on helping asylum seekers, refugees, the homeless and underprivileged foreigners in Paris. The majority of our volunteers range in age, from students visiting Paris to retired expats who live in Paris. Our funding is 100% based on donations from individuals, and corporations who donate by participating in our social impact workshops.
