• Founded in 1949 as an outgrowth of the pre-war American Women's Club. We are an organization of English-speaking women from all parts of the world.

• Make new friends and have lots of fun! We offer a wide variety of activities and events to keep you engaged all year long. Monthly open house meetings for members and guests, fashion shows and, of course, our ongoing activities including cooking classes, visits to museums and exhibitions, visits outside Paris, shopping, antiques classes and much more.

• AWG is a member of the Federation of American Women's Clubs Overseas (FAWCO).

• We regularly contribute to their development grant programs designed to meet the needs of women and children throughout the world.

Membership in the American Women's Group is open to all English-speaking women.
